KERNOW RECEIVES METALLURGICAL REPORT RELATIVE TO
THE GRALHEIRA JALES GOLD AND SILVER DEPOSIT, PORTUGAL |

| Mr. Alan F. Matthews, President of Kernow Resources & Developments Ltd reports that Kernow recently
engaged SGS Mineral Services (SGS Lakefield Research Europe Ltd.), Cornwall, UK (SGS) to complete
scoping level metallurgical testing of a single composite sample of mineralized rock from the Gralheira
Deposit on the Jales Property in northern Portugal. This test work was designed to investigate physical
competence, indicative gold associations and amenability of the gold contained in the mineralised rock to
gravity recovery. The work was undertaken on behalf of the Kernow-St. Elias Mines Ltd. joint venture.
